I was born in St. Louis and have spent the majority of my life here. I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2008. When I'm not at work you can find me at a sporting event or concert. Although I've been here almost my entire life there are still places all over the city I enjoy exploring. Trying out restaurants, breweries, and dive bars that I haven't been to has also become part of my weekly activity list. I like to think I bring a laid back attitude with the right amount of professionalism when you're here at the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. These guys are great The process was very simple. I came in knowing what I wanted, and all they did was point me in the direction and inform me. They didn’t try to change The process was very simple. Zach and Stan did a great job guiding me through the process especially with it being my first time buying a car. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used car! More

Quick and efficient I called during lunchtime to see if I can bring my car in and was told to bring my car in right away. Two hours later safety omissions test was done I called during lunchtime to see if I can bring my car in and was told to bring my car in right away. Two hours later safety omissions test was done and they even provided me a courtesy car so I can run errands while my car was being inspected. Excellent customer service, highly recommended! They even called before the work was done to inform me of needed service and estimated cost, which I plan to bring back when I have the time and money. More

Unclear time estimate The service was wonderful. My only issue was time. On the phone I was told I couldn't get a loaner because it would take less than an hour. When I pu The service was wonderful. When I pulled in, they told me it would be an hour and a half, but I couldn't get a loaner as none were available. I had my one year old with me. In all, it took just over 2 hours. I wish they would have just let me get a loaner. More

Josh was also concerned with the quality of the spoiler (some bubbles in the finish) that he immediately pointed it out and said he was going to order a new one. Lou Fusz continues to excel! I have purchased 4 Mazda Miatas in my lifetime. I can tell you that my experience has always been very positive. However, my experience with the Lou F I have purchased 4 Mazda Miatas in my lifetime. I can tell you that my experience has always been very positive. However, my experience with the Lou Fusz Miata team continues to excel. I worked with both Zach (sales rep) and Tom (manager), who made my 5th Miata purchase, 2019 Grand Touring Miata, one that left me no reason to feel disappointed or remorse. They provided me the options available and made sure I was ready to purchase. No pressure and they were there to answer any questions. Zach even followed up the next day to see how things were going with the car, and Tom called to once again offer any help I may need. It is this kind of service that causes me to continue to be a Mazda owner and continue my relationship with Lou Fusz! More
