Only problem is with Ford not with the dealer or staff. Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solut Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solutions nor dir he seem to indicate that Ford would send a software update to fix the problem. No much corporate help for the customer. More

During negotiations, a maintenance package covering oil changes for the first couple of years was to be included with the purchase of my new truck. The financial department rushed me through everything, an changes for the first couple of years was to be included with the purchase of my new truck. The financial department rushed me through everything, and met every contractual question with "That's just a standard thing, don't worry and sign it." When returning back for my first first oil change, I was told that I wasn't signed up for the maintenance plan, and instead of finding one of the many people that worked with me to validate any errors, I was sat down for 40 minutes while they printed out my sales paperwork and pretended to go through it. After which, they tapped on the stack of papers and told me "Sorry, it's not in here, there is nothing we can do." After leaving a non-flattering google review, I did receive a phone call telling me that it was indeed and error, and should have been included, and to look out for an email that should correct the error. That email never came, and I have yet to hear from them since. This dealership pedals lies, and deception. More
