The purchase of my “new” used Buick Envision from D’Arcy Hyundai couldn’t have gone smoother. Zach Kraft was great to work with, very knowledgeable and easy going. Even providing multiple options I ha Hyundai couldn’t have gone smoother. Zach Kraft was great to work with, very knowledgeable and easy going. Even providing multiple options I hadn’t considered that matched my criteria. When it came time to negotiate, Nick Oeser, Variable Operations Director, could not have been more professional. The same can be said about Warren Dixon, Finance Manager, when finalizing the paperwork. Both Zach and Nick even went ABOVE and BEYOND to address an issue several days after the purchase. Proving that customer service, even after the sale, is a top priority at D’Arcy. I have maybe posted one other review online, but felt so strongly about my buying experience at D’Arcy that I decided I had too. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle give Zach Kraft at D’Arcy the chance to earn your business. He and Nick have certainly earned mine. R. Fuller More

After our previous car was totaled, we were looking for a fresh start. Zach Kraft at D’Arcy Hyundai was incredible. Zach Kraft was a great guy to do business with, he was very helpful and knew his stuff about the car I bought from him. He also had most of the paperwork ready to go the morning that I came in to sign the very helpful and knew his stuff about the car I bought from him. He also had most of the paperwork ready to go the morning that I came in to sign the papers, so thank you. Jimmy also helped out and got me where I needed to be with a payment, I do appreciate it. This is my 4th car with D'Arcy and a total of 6 cars now with Hyundai all together since 2012. I usually buy a new car every 3 to 4 years. I will definitely be coming back to see Zach in the future. Thank you again and I love my new car. I also want to thank Chas in Service for getting the problem fixed with the new car and back to me in a few days and contacting me to make sure I was happy with the repair afterwards. I also wanted to thank Nick Blazen for coming out and taking a picture of a spot on the paint of my new car that he noted on my account for the future if needed. Thank you again everyone. More

This is our second new vehicle purchased through D’Arcy this year (4th over the years) and we can’t say enough good things about the team there. We got the suv we wanted at a great price, all without any h this year (4th over the years) and we can’t say enough good things about the team there. We got the suv we wanted at a great price, all without any high pressure sales, and the process moved quickly! From sales to finance to the wrap up, everyone was fantastic! A big thanks to John Miniuk, Lauren Gall and Zach Kraft. We are repeat customers and we have no doubt we will be stopping by again when it’s time. BTW great service dept too! The only people we let touch our vehicles! More
