Replacement Seat Cover is great! Out seat cover on the front drivers side split at the stitching. Eddy's replaced it and we are satisfied with their service. Jacob Roberts and Zack Storm took the time to find me the right car that I was looking for and was able to get the terms that I was looking for. I normally lease my vehicles and have found that Eddy's give right car that I was looking for and was able to get the terms that I was looking for. I normally lease my vehicles and have found that Eddy's give me better terms and monthly payments on my lease than any other dealership. When I arrived at Eddy's Jacob greated me with a friendly smile and let me look over the cars on the lot without standing over my shoulder until I was able to find the model I was interested in leasing. He then took me on a test drive and answer all of my question about the features on the vehicle. Zack Storm his supervisor step in and made sure I was totally satsified with my purchase and got me the best deal that I could received and never back away from what my goals were and not necessary what the dealership wanted at first. Thanks to both for a job well done. More

My wife and I dreaded shopping for a new vehicle. We wanted to replace my car with one that had a reputation for reliability. Furthermore, we wanted to purchase it from a dealership with a reputation f wanted to replace my car with one that had a reputation for reliability. Furthermore, we wanted to purchase it from a dealership with a reputation for customer service. These two goals were overwhelmingly met at our first stop in the car shopping process - Eddy's Toyota. It's obvious that Toyota is in a class by itself, if one has done one's research. And Eddy's Toyota is an excellent flag-bearer of this strong brand. We were met on the lot by Jacob Roberts with a friendly smile and oodles of information that helped immensely in our decision. Upon deciding on a beautiful, black 2014 4Runner, the deal was sealed by Jacob and his manager, Zach Storm to our complete satisfaction. The process was thoroughly laid out and Jim Elledge guided us through the financials with great expertise and a warm personality. I am very pleased with the organization as a whole and the courtesy and professionalism I was shown. I actually look forward to returning to Eddy's soon to have the maintenance completed on my awesome new truck! Thanks to everyone at Eddy's! More

We stopped by to test drive a Tundra and were met in the lot by Chad Ditch. He was the most friendy salesman we have met, very informative and professional. We went for a test drive and really liked the truck. We were not planning on purchasing that day but after talking about what kind of price we could buy it for we just could not pass it up. Chad brought out his manager Zach Storm, who was just as friendly and professional, and a deal was made! We were sent to finance and Todd Summers helped us get the payment we were looking for and answered all our questions.We felt like we were dealing with friends and will recommend this dealership and these sales people to everyone we know and will return when we are in the market for another vehicle. I cannot give a high enough review for Patrick Frantum and Zach Storm and the effort they put forward towards my purchase of the New 2013 Toyota Prius V. The first day I arrived at Eddys Toyota, I had don and Zach Storm and the effort they put forward towards my purchase of the New 2013 Toyota Prius V. The first day I arrived at Eddys Toyota, I had done my research on the vehicle I need and had narrowed the vehicles down to a Toyota Prius. Patrick Frantum greeted me and offered his assistance. He showed me the perfect vehicle, and explained as many features as possible in short time that I was there. I asked Patrick if there was any incentives and he took me inside and introduced me to Zach Storm. Zach Storm talked with me as Patrick left to check on the incentives. I felt really welcomed, not pressured and valued as a customer. I left that day but returned a week later to take a test drive. Patrick was again the first person to greet me. He remembered what I was interested in, what city I live in and what city I work at. The test drive sealed the deal for me. I loved the Prius and knew that it would be the vehicle that I would be purchasing. The following week I brought my wife, Patrick was busy with other customers but Zach came over and talked with us. My wife also fell in love with the Prius V. There was very little haggling over the price as I did my research and knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. And the Delivery was smooth and the vehicle was beautiful. Thank you Patrick Frantum and Zach Storm for making this experience painless and hassle free. More

On our first visit to Eddy's, Zach Storm seemed excited to see us at the dealership and promptly started working hard to locate the vehicle we said we were looking for.
