Purchased a truck got it home opened right rear door and the bracket to the running board had broke. Called the salesman Zach to let him know. Told him what the part was that needed to be ordered. I asked if the part was in? Mark stated they had not ordered it. I feel that Zach dropped the ball on this but just sold me a truck. It’s my second purchase from Zach and will be my last. More

Communication with salesman during the selling process very good, follow thru on an immediate vehicle problem brought to salesman’s attention , communication was non existent! Ended up taking the truck very good, follow thru on an immediate vehicle problem brought to salesman’s attention , communication was non existent! Ended up taking the truck ,180 miles, to a local dealership where the problem was diagnosed , parts are ordered but “ service vehicle soon” alert remains. The GM and service manager were however helpful. More
