I was very disappointed with how the service level was neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was v neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was very frustrating. Also my car showed up with a quarter tank of gas and the interior was filthy. They told me the truck was in great shape with no scratches, but when it arrived it had a very large scratch. Overall it was a disappointing and very frustrating car buying experience. More

Purchased Ford F150 Platinum from Zach. Immediately responsive and handled entire transaction by phone, email and text. I flew into Wisconsin and drove back to Virginia. Or I would just sit in it and play with all the gadgets. You have been very professional and helpful from the beginning! You answered our questions, took pictures and worked with us to come up with a deal that we were all comfortable with. My husband said that the whole process of flying in, to buying the car was seamless. Jerry was there to pick him up from the airport and provided great transportation and conversation. Poor customer service We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffe We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffed and detailed on the outside and would clean the inside and deliver the truck on the 29th. Truck was delivered with a very poorly done buff job, not even washed and the interior was not cleaned. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my time and this is the only time the vehicle was not cleaned and detailed before I took possession .Very unsatisfied More

The Lenz staff was welcoming, much unlike the typical used car salesman, and Zach and Brandon are genuine guys, excellent representatives of Lenz Auto. If I need another truck I will look at Lenz first. More
