Salesman Ziyad was OK (3 rating) but didn’t like anything/anybody else at the dealership. The day the deal was finalized, I had to wait over 2 hours (1:15 to 3:30 PM), before I could drive the car anything/anybody else at the dealership. The day the deal was finalized, I had to wait over 2 hours (1:15 to 3:30 PM), before I could drive the car home — even though the deal was already done over the phone earlier in the week. In fact, I had to ask Ziyad to find someone to take my wife home so she could cook for a party we were having that evening. (He had to do it himself.) Guys behind the front desk seemed to question our integrity and financial wherewithall, despite our having net worth in the millions. They nitpicked everything — my wife left her drivers license at home and that caused a huge delay, despite her not being the one who is going to drive it — me. For that reason, they also refused to put her name and the “survivor” designation on our title (as it was for the 2020 Honda Civic we traded in. My wife asked me if she could have the car mats that were in our trade-in and Ziyad said it was OK to do so. In my haste to leave the dealership after the immense delay, I forgot to take the mats out of the Honda trade -in (they were all on the back seat of that car). I called Ziyad the next day he worked and told him about the mats. He told me that the trade-in was moved off their lot, but would look into it and let me know. However, he never called, Final insult to injury — no one from the dealership (couldn’t identify people from the front desk we dealt with from the pics provided) from the dealership apologized to us for putting us through all of the above! More
