I was greeted by salesman Ahmed when I walked in the sales room door. I was shown 2 models that I was interested in and ended up selecting an explorer. Ahmed answered all of my many questions and was ex sales room door. I was shown 2 models that I was interested in and ended up selecting an explorer. Ahmed answered all of my many questions and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and worked with me through the purchase., I bought the car mainly because of my comfort level with the salesman. I had no intention of buying that day as a new car was something that I wanted but didn’t need just yet. Another thing that made my purchase experience comfortable was the demeanor of the entire staff at the dealership. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and easy to talk to, from the nice woman at the front desk, the person who worked with my insurance, the finance team member and the cashiers all had good personalities and made the time spent at the dealer a positive experience. The manager Steve came over to introduce himself and answered a few questions when needed in a very professional and timely manner. As someone who manages a professional practice I was able to identify that the dealership was well managed and everyone knew their responsibilities. This is the 2nd car purchase that I made at Dana and the experience of both will certainly put me in their showroom again in the future. More

This is the 5th Ford I have leased. Better experience this time than other times. With the ST recall still going on I coundnt lease one of them, so I leased a XLT Ford Explorer with the Better experience this time than other times. With the ST recall still going on I coundnt lease one of them, so I leased a XLT Ford Explorer with the sport package. I am glad the one they had I loved! More

This is my 5th Ford that I have leased with Dana. This lease experience was definitely better than my last experience. I was able to get the truck I loved- XLT Explorer with the sport package. I was sad to not be able to lease any in the ST line because of the recall. I went to Ford one day in July for hours to work some numbers and see what was available. A salesman named Chris was very patient (he isn’t working there any longer) and answered all my questions. I went back to Ford 2 weeks later and dealt with another salesman. John Daly in management worked hard to make a fair deal with me. I was happy that Ford bought my truck and I was happy with the deal presented. The man in the finance department was efficient and professional. The only real negative I had was after I completed all the paperwork I left Ford to bring my son to HS football practice. I returned approximately 60-90 mins later and the truck was not cleaned and detailed like it should have been. The salesman said it was. However, there were quite a few scratches that should have been compounded out (it was driven previously and had 1700 miles on it) and the exterior/interior should have been WAY better than it was presented. I requested it be redone and it was. In my opinion, the salesman should have checked over and had this truck perfect at the time of pick up. It absolutely was not. It is a $50,000 truck and it was upsetting that it didn’t look spotless when I returned to pick up. I understand it was close to 7:00 closing time, however, if it was checked before I went out to the car care part of the facility this wouldn’t have happen. Also, I think the new truck should have been driven up to the front of Ford like the other 3 Explorers/1 Edge were. More

The car was not properly prepped for pickup. It wasn't clean. There was still plastic left in several places inside and residue on the outer chrome. The windows had streaks so the salesman had someone come and wipe them. Delivery was 4 days late and I had to call them for info. My 4th lease and the customer service is not the same. Disappointing. More
