Buyer understands and agrees that all current and future repairs, maintenance, inspections, and any related costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer after purchase.This vehicle has been tuned using a DiabloSport tuner and is equipped with a ProCharger system. Known issues and recommendations include replacement of the front brake pads and rotors due to warped drilled and slotted rotors, vehicle requires a 4-wheel alignment, tires require mounting and balancing, rear tail lights are tinted and should be replaced with stock assemblies for state inspection compliance, front wiper blades need replacement, oil change service is recommended, incorrect battery installed requiring replacement with the correct size battery to properly secure it, check engine light is on and requires diagnostic service, additional tire service is recommended, vehicle struggles to stay running during cold starts due to a tuning issue, and the third brake light assembly requires replacement for state inspection.Vehicle is sold in its current condition with all faults known or unknown
