2022 Acura NSX

The second-generation NSX was always the thinking enthusiast's supercar and this 2022 Type S build #79 of just 350 produced is the sendoff configured exactly the way the faithful would want it. Finished in Long Beach Blue Pearl over Ebony semi-aniline leather with Alcantara it shows 23951 miles and has been thoughtfully built into a true driver's car rather than a garage trophy. The heart of it is the modified powertrain. The twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 and its three-motor hybrid system now breathe through Pure900 turbochargers ScienceofSpeed charge tubes and a Redstar 3 titanium exhaust with a ScienceofSpeed ethanol-content monitor kit and catalytic converter delete pipes completing the package. Power still routes to all four wheels through the nine-speed dual-clutch transaxle and Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive now with noticeably more urgency behind it. The chassis and stance match the intent: white Volk Racing TE37s wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (245/35 front 305/30 rear) ride height dropped on ScienceofSpeed lower spring mounts working with the factory magnetorheological damper system. Euro Boutique carbon-fiber side skirts and hood vents European-spec headlights and an underglow kit join the factory carbon-fiber splitter spoiler diffuser and roof. The full body wears paint protection film. Inside it's just as deliberate: red seatbelts and red stitching throughout NSX-script headrests matte carbon-fiber dash trim a Euro Boutique Alcantara-and-carbon steering wheel Alcantara headliner and sun visors and the ELS Studio sound system. The start/stop button has been relocated to the drive-mode knob a small tell that someone sweated the details. This is an NC1 sendoff built to be driven and it comes correct: removed factory parts included (turbochargers excepted) a second set of 19/20 five-spoke wheels on Continentals and a clean Carfax.
