To qualify for any state-specific rights and consumer rights, you must be a resident of that state. While the Dealership will review the consumer requests described below, it may not be required to fulfill them. If the Dealership chooses to honor some requests despite not being required to do so, that does not obligate the Dealer to honor other requests.
