We bought our RDX from Radley 1n 2011. It is now twelve years old and still running beautifully. Granted, the car has low mileage, a little under 70,000 miles on the odometer. Paid over $1000 to get my vehicle serviced on 11/12/2022. Was informed that everything was great, the battery had was just a little low and Radley Acura recharged it. On 11/14/2022 the car won't start! Seat Was informed that everything was great, the battery had was just a little low and Radley Acura recharged it. On 11/14/2022 the car won't start! Terrible experience for my dad at Radley Acura this morning. When you buy a car, they are so nice to you, but once you leave there with the car they don’t give a crap about you. My dad just bought his morning. When you buy a car, they are so nice to you, but once you leave there with the car they don’t give a crap about you. My dad just bought his MDX less than 30 days ago and his car battery was low which caused the idle stop to not function. He brought it in and they tried to charge him for a new battery even though it’s still under warranty. After going back and forth with the service department and waiting for Mo, he still had to pay for labor? Why? Terrible customer service. Will never recommend anyone buying a car here and/or servicing their cars here. They took advantage of my dad because he is not a native English speaker. My dad was extremely upset about the service he received today. More
