Erick Bautista greeted me and ended up being my sales advisor and he is incredibly professional and didn’t feel pressured or rushed throughout the process. One of the things I appreciated the most about Erick was his ability to ask the right questions and help me make an informed decision about my purchase. I was torn between the X3 and the X5, and Erick was able to guide me to make my own decision. I ended up purchasing the 2020 X3 M40i, and I am thrilled beyond words of how im so glad I made this purchase.
