I called Steve on Saturday morning, and without an appointment, he was gracious to accommodate me by mid-morning. With a challenging credit score, I did not expect to buy the vehicle that I deserved. But Steve Schwartz and the finance team led by Steve Swift and Tony Freeman went to work, and three hours later, I bought a premium Toyota Camry Hybrid in pristine condition, and for a payment that I can afford. Steve and his finance team actually discounted the vehicle to lower my payments. Then Steve had four brand-new tires installed on the vehicle, realigned the wheel, and topped it with a full tank of gas! Plus, I have over $100 credit for future oil changes. I did not ask for any of those extras. And as I took delivery of my car that Monday afternoon, Papa Seck came over to thank me as if I had just bought half of the Hall Dealership. Steve Schwartz and the guys at Hall Honda don't just sell cars, they sell incomparable service and build lasting relationships with their customers. I never thought I would say that about car salesmen, but I just did! And it feels good, really good! You guys have a customer for life, and a great advocate for the exemplary service you provide.
