Ronald Sumption, the Sales manager lied and made false promises that were not intended to be kept. I traveled 4.5 hours on public transportation from Ashburn, VA to Virginia Beach to pick up the vehicle that was supposed to be a CPO. Upon reaching I was told that it cannot be sold as a CPO due to a recall. They used all kinds of tactics to convince me to buy the Honda Ridgeline as a regular used vehicle. 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑹𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆! There was NO recall! It was a gimmick.
