I was truly displeased with my service. The service representative wasn’t transparent about the services I need and how much it would cost. I completely understand that the dealership can be busy at times but it’s important to communicate with all your customers and be 100% about what needs to be done when customers bring their cars in. I will not bring my vehicle back to Rockville after the experience I had. More

However, had tires rotated and balanced, but tech DID NOT adjust air pressures so front tires had rear pressures and vice versa. Fixed myself as didn't have time to go back to BMW of Rockville. Very disappointing to be charged over $100 for this service and not adjust tire pressures. Also, got multiple, conflicting walk-around texts from different techs. Confusing and misleading. Kudos to JC Rodriguez for investigating, resolving and taking care of us. Finally, don't like that you are not providing a Loaner Care -- I've bought two cars from Rockville and had three serviced there. Should provide loaner -- MB dealer always does. More

Jarred is EXCEPTIONAL! ! He understands our needs and makes owning our BMW a pleasure. He made calls to get in wheels and tires for us to make sure we could have our X5M50 ! The service at BMW of Rockville was overall a good experience, with some caveats. Pros: - Completed service in a day, including tire swaps and alignment. - Service rep was cordial. - Provide Ly experience, with some caveats. Pros: - Completed service in a day, including tire swaps and alignment. - Service rep was cordial. - Provide Lyft ride from their center. Cons: - Had to schedule an appt, couldn't just drop off car for service. - First time there, so entrance signs weren't clear, and some entrance doors weren't working, thus a little less convenient. - Tires were dirty looking after service. - After leaving service center, tire pressure monitor triggered. Apparently the tires were not set at a far too high pressure, so I had to correct the pressure and reset the monitor myself. Minor inconvenience, and at least they didn't lose my valve stem caps this time. More
