I purchased a Used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Jim Coleman Nissan in Silver Springs, MD. Richard was my salesman and did a fantastic job!! He sent me a full video of the car running and the interior. I was coming from an hour and half away, so this was very helpful. On the day of purchase, Richard sent a good morning text confirming the appointment, which was really nice. Once we got there, Richard had the car up front, ready for me to look it over. After the test drive the paperwork smooth, Adam was great as well and got the numbers where I wanted. Jay in finance was great! I initially didn't want the gap insurance bc I thought my car insurance had gap, once I found out they didn't, Jay was help to help me get it added on. I did have 2 small issues with the car after purchase, 1 a wire was broken and 2 a trim piece was missing. Kyle the used car manager took care of me! He got the parts ordered, kept me informed and once they arrived got me in for service the next day! All in all I had a great experience and highly recommended them! More
All the guys were phenomenal, patient, and explained everything the ins and outs of the Ariya. We had never thought of buying an all electric vehicle before. This is just how you get and keep a customer, with this sort of workmanship and dealing with a customer. We pushed and they pulled and we wound up with a beautiful white Ariya Engage and I'm thinking of purchasing one as well. If you read this you guys know I'm looking at that Blue Evolve+ EForce. The sales manager took several extra steps AFTER I had purchased my used Kia Soul EV to ensure that the car met my expectations. I purchased the car based on a battery health report from a local Kia dealership which turned out to be wrong. Kyle, the sales manager took it on himself to call the dealership and get them to re-inspect the EV battery, which showed the battery to be under performing. He further talked with the dealership on my behalf to get them to push a warranty claim through that a 2nd Kia dealership had already denied! Kyle definitely earned my trust. More
