Hello Kayla Brown, Sorry you feel this way about our dealership. We paid to take care of your key that stopped working, as far as the car having "no" oil, we find that hard to belive since the car had an oil changed 4000 miles before you bought it. Your taxes were not paid to us so that is why you have to pay for them. Everyone has to pay for their tags/registration. You got an amazing deal on a 2022 Chevy Equinox with 10k miles on it. Again wish we could change your feelings about us but we can not pay your MD taxes for you.

Price was incredible , you paid too take care of a key that wasn’t working that I knew nothing of until I actually locked my door and the Michael simply said I have too put the key in the holder a certain never said it was a universal key & that it doesn’t work for locking my truck !! & I waited 2 hours for them too change all fluids inside the vehicle just too notice a couple days after that the oil percentage was at 17% & Air filer was at 60% , I understand the vehicle is used but if I’m buying all that should of been no problem & I shouldn’t have too come out of pocket too get them changed a couple days later !! Michael never discussed anything about the title , registration or Taxes to be included in my final price , I could have added more money for all of It to be done . Now I had too come out of pocket with the amount myself due too it not being included in my sales price .
