1 star — Liars Who Waste Your Time I called before making the drive. I asked point blank: what does the out-the-door price include? The answer was clear — price, tax, title, and license. When we got to the numbers, there was over $4,000 in fees that appeared out of nowhere. Not tax. Not title. Not license. Just invented line items designed to quietly bleed extra money out of customers who don't know to look for them. When I called it exactly what it was — a bait and switch — nobody had a credible response, because there isn't one. This isn't a misunderstanding. This isn't a miscommunication. This is a deliberate sales tactic where they quote you a number to get you through the door, then restructure it once they think they have you. It's predatory, it's dishonest, and it's exactly the reason car dealerships have the reputation they do. If you're considering Old Orchard Nissan, get every single number in writing before you go in — and even then, read every line. They will smile at you while they do it, which is somehow the worst part. There are other dealers. Use them. More
