bought a Lexus Nx 350h two weeks ago, I told the girl everything I wanted my car to have and one of the most important points was that it had an automatic trunk and that I could open it with my foot, whi everything I wanted my car to have and one of the most important points was that it had an automatic trunk and that I could open it with my foot, which after taking my car home it did not have, they lied to me when they sold me the car, if they had told me that my car did not have what I was asking for up front I would never have bought the car, I went back to see if they could exchange it for the car I wanted, which the department manager told me that I had to give him $ 5000 more to get the car I wanted, after I put down $25,000 to get the car that I want since the beginning. which seemed disrespectful and abuse, and on top of that they gave me a dirty car, first time, and last time buying a car in this place. and so many things happened that I do not want to even explain, because I want to forget about this place and this situation causes me a lot of stress. More
