My service appointment with service agent Tyler was great, he is always very helpful, knows his stuff and professional, great asset to your company. I really liked newly renovated building and that ser great, he is always very helpful, knows his stuff and professional, great asset to your company. I really liked newly renovated building and that service team now have desks with A/C that's definately makes their job much comfortable than sitting in hot FL weather. From overall observation during the wait for my vehicle I would say I was bit surprised and somewhat felt uncomfrotable as had to listen to loud employees talking among themselves in spanish like they were there alone. Then from waht I understood it was sales team gathering prior their work day which was bit strange. Upper manager was calling each employee by name and I guess it was and attendance check, then his encouragement speech by creating positive day for employees to do good and help customers. This definately should be done somewhere bit more in private not in front of customers, unless it was their intention. It was enough just for some employees set not so pleasant vibe. We started using your dealership since 2009 and it always was loud and lots of action, but thats understandeable as all sales, but had never felt so out of place when employees speak languafe that you cannot understand. Just wanted to share personal experience and how it made me feel as long time customer. Thank you More
