Ashley was great service did not check the tires on rotation as I had a slow leak said it just needed air there were 2 nails next day had to go back and needed a new tire. Excellent service agent at the counter …he answered all my questions. Only dissappointment is when I tried to use my $44 gift card offered by Rt 44 Toyota I was not allowed to buy anything I wanted at Par my questions. Also again after another oil change from you they again forgot to put a sticker on the windshield so I know when to schedule my next oil change. Minor issues but annoying. More
I walked into Rt 44 Toyota to "look" at cars and before I knew it I bought one. A 2025 Rav4 is sitting in my driveway and I couldn't be happier. Alex Viveros, my sales consultant was pleasant, polite, a real gentleman and a great salesperson. He found just the right car for me but it wouldn't be in for another week. No problem! The car was just what I wanted. Alex walked me through every step of my purchase. I told him this was my first big decision on my own as my husband is very ill. I would totally reccomend Rt 44 Toyota and Alex as well! Thank you for making my purchase as easy as it gets. More
On 8/23/2025 I bought a new 2025 Camry and traded in a 2018 Toyota Yaris is that they offered me $5000 for. I told them the title had been destroyed and the said I would have to request a duplicate, which 2018 Toyota Yaris is that they offered me $5000 for. I told them the title had been destroyed and the said I would have to request a duplicate, which I did the same day. They also said that I would have to give them $5000 to hold onto until the duplicate title came in if I wanted to take the new car that day. I told them, and I said it repeatedly to 3 different people, that I didn’t have $5000 and would gladly wait 2 weeks for the new title to come in before picking up the new car. As the day progressed, they then told me it wouldn’t be a problem and that I could just take the car. They basically pushed me to take the car that day. I don’t know why it was so important to them for me to take the car that day. I had already signed all of the paperwork, given them a $500 check and agreed to start the payments. I see no reason why I couldn’t have just kept my old car for 2 weeks while I was waiting for the title. A few days later, I get a text from the salesperson, Alex, showing me a picture of an email that said that the rta form that was submitted to the rmv was denied because the new car wasn’t on my insurance policy. Duh! It was their responsibility to transfer the insurance first and then the registration. This is when it hit me that my car wasn’t insured properly. I had bare bones insurance on my old car because it was old and I owned it outright. So those people let me drive off of the lot with no collision or comprehensive insurance. And after Saturday 8/30/2025, the 7 day transfer period would expire, at which point I would have no insurance whatsoever on the $36000 car sitting in my driveway. I immediately went to an insurance agency and bought and paid for 1 year of full coverage. Once I did this, I called Alex and told him that I got new insurance and gave him the info required to transfer the registration. Then they were back to wanting $5000 to hold onto before they would transfer the registration. After they had already given me the car without the $5000, they were refusing to transfer the registration without it. I told them that if they wanted to make a big stink about the title and if I had to liquify $5000 worth of investments then I would give them the money and just take the car back. They told me they couldn’t do that because they already sold the car. I told him he couldn’t sell the car without the title. He said he’s been doing this for 7 years and yes he could sell the car without the title. I told them that I wouldn’t give them $5000 collateral for a car they already sold without the title they supposedly needed so much. I threatened to take legal action and that ended that call with Alex. Then later I got a call from the sales manager, I don’t remember his name, and he refused to transfer my registration without my giving him the title. He is able to transfer the registration. It’s not that he is unable, he refuses to. I now have no car to drive which I would’ve had if they had just let me pick up the car in 2 weeks. I told the sales manager that I had nothing to drive now because of him. He told me to go ahead and drive the car. Driving this car at this point is illegal! He told me to drive the car illegally! That, apparently is better than him just transferring the damned registration without the title. Even though I’ve sent them a screenshot of the receipt that I got from the rmv. That’s proof I’m not trying to pull a fast one. As I’m writing this, it’s 9/3/2025. The last day of insurance on my old car and I didn’t renew the policy for obvious reasons. After today, the old registration will be cancelled by the rmv and will no longer be eligible for transfer. Not sure what happens then but for now I’m posting this review on every website where it’s possible to post a review. I’ve filed formal complaints against Rte 44 Toyota with the BBB, Toyota, the Federal Trade Commission and the MA Attorney Genera’s office. More
Went in for a sticker. No problem except they left a sticky mess on my windshield. Asked to have someone reset my navigation screen which would have taken someone about 2 minutes. I tried to do this myself with no luck. Was told to go to service desk and make an appointment. Really? Last October I was in for a maintenance check and asked someone to remove something from my dashboard screen. No problem. Was done in a flash. I bought the car in June 2024 and by the time I left the dealership it cost me over $50,000. Is this the way customers are supposed to be treated after buying a very expensive car from you? Not Happy!!! I won’t bother with the rest of the review. More
