12 pm appointment for a one year maintenance plan checkup. Told when I arrived it would be an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Total time waiting was two and a half hours for a tire ro checkup. Told when I arrived it would be an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Total time waiting was two and a half hours for a tire rotation and oil change. The tech left my car in some sort of diagnostic mode and had to use ChatGPT to figure out how to get my dashboard back. The wait time was ridiculous for a scheduled maintenance with a confirmed appointment. Could totally understand if I dropped by without an appointment but this was unacceptable. More
