About 14 minutes to change oil, good. They check air filter and said it needed to be changed. Did not check antifreeze level, as the next day I added over half gallon. Poor communication- I had to call back. They wanted me to “hurry up” and make a decision on ordering parts after having my truck all day. As a loyal customer for over 30 years the last 2 years have been nothing but a disappointment in customer service from the entire service team. I would not ever recommend this team to work on a vehicle. But I will tell my story and experience that I encountered at Owatonna Ford. More
