Wasn't informed when I dropped my truck off it would be a week before it got looked at as the mechanic was out of town wasn't given correct information of diagnosis immediately I told the truck was run out o week before it got looked at as the mechanic was out of town wasn't given correct information of diagnosis immediately I told the truck was run out of oil later to find out that it was full of oil took 2 1/2 almost 3 hours to get a credit app filled out and a decision made on buying a new truck trade-in price was well below the value of the vehicle More
