Well if it’s a feature on a newer auto you would think it should work if you’re paying for it….Then to be told by a Ford service technician that it is what it is…not very happy and not what a customer wants to hear!!!!!! If you are looking for a dealership that will throw parts at a vehicle and hope to fix it this is your place. After telling me I needed to replace three sensors to fix my check engine light and the bill was at a vehicle and hope to fix it this is your place. After telling me I needed to replace three sensors to fix my check engine light and the bill was close to 3,000 dollars I contacted Ford Motor Company for some help. Thank goodness they came through. When replacing one sensor in the tailpipe they broke it off. Told me it was 1,300 for the tail pipe they would contact FMC to see who was going to pay for it. ( I ended up paying half. )Also returned the vehicle with one of the three stud broke off. After about 200 hundred miles the check engine light came back on. They said one of the sensors they replace must have been faulty and replace it again. Approximately 4 hundred miles later check engine light came back on. This time took it to a different dealership and they fixed it the first time. Been over 2,000 mile and still working good. Will nerve step foot in this place again. Again thank you FMC for getting involved and helping me out. More
