Mercedes Boerne- the absolute worst service adviser - David! I accompanied my friend to the Mercedes Boerne dealership for an oil change. She had a scheduled appointment with service adviser, David. T David! I accompanied my friend to the Mercedes Boerne dealership for an oil change. She had a scheduled appointment with service adviser, David. The car indicator light said the car needed an oil change, David was extremely persistent on selling a battery. We both explained to him the car only has 10,000 miles and does not need a battery. Finally after 30 minutes of back and forth, we thought we were only paying for an oil change, David took it upon himself to add spark plugs, not once did David mention anything about spark plugs!!! The car does not have any type of hesitation to warrant spark plugs (usually a car needs to have 30,000-60,000 miles to need sparks plugs.) At no time was there any mention of performing a diagnostic test on the vehicle, so how did the ignorant service adviser, David, decide the car needed spark plugs while just sitting behind his desk?? We brought the car in at 11;20 and asked David if the car would be ready by 3P, and he said yes, definitely. Well, after receiving the bill for $1300.00 we argued and disputed the spark plug charges with David - we told him over and over we did not ask for spark plugs! The car was not ready until 5P!!!! We asked David what time the car was taken in to be serviced and he would not answer us! Later we find out the service advisers work on salary plus commission. Well David can stick the commission he that he dishonestly earned from a Mercedes customer and stick it up his xxx! David 100% took advantage of a Mercedes customer, a woman, who will never recommend this Mercedes dealership! More
