I shouldnt have to contact anyone at this point, but I guess in a society where no one wants to accept any fault this is your generic way of passivating a situation . , you have my address, your dealership clearly dropped the ball, so go ahead and drop a check in the mail for the 487$ the new pads and labor is gonna cost. … this would have been cheaper had you just done it! SO IF IT MATTERS TO ANYONE READING , THIS IS THERE IDEA OF A REMEDY WHEN THE CAR IS ALREADY ACROSS THE COUNTRY, SEND A REPLY TO THE BAD PUBLICITY BUT NOT DO ANYTHING TO ACTUALLY REMEDY THE PROBLEM….
