The systems don’t hold all the history so an issue I got fixed that repeated in 4 short years and shouldn’t have wasn’t covered bc there was no information in the new system on the work that was done. Pathetic. No discounts offered other than $100 that covered the taxes, no let’s work with you, we are sorry this happened again. No loyalty program for long time loyal customers. I had to call them with updates and apparently the manager never made himself available to Justin. I Miss Cindy. The price was transparent that was the only positive. Their work is usually great, and the timing they get things done. Despite the repeat issue, their mechanics are great and I trust them. I gave them a 2 because of the overall customer experience not the work done. I am going to think long and hard about bringing my car for service there after 10 years and buying another car from them. More
