Dropped my ‘24 K5 off for a factory recall of chrome trim that was falling off. I dealt with Nicole, the service provider, she had ordered the part and it was now in. She was very courteous and was trim that was falling off. I dealt with Nicole, the service provider, she had ordered the part and it was now in. She was very courteous and was great to work with. The repair and install only took 45 minutes. However, it was my 3rd trip there for recalls. Still each of the service writers I’ve worked with were great. 10’s for Nicole on this visit. More
Just had my car inspected (new car first, inspection)and found it to be an ok experience. Dropped my car off at 7:30am and waited 5 minutes in line for the big rush before someone got to me. Absolutely no b found it to be an ok experience. Dropped my car off at 7:30am and waited 5 minutes in line for the big rush before someone got to me. Absolutely no big deal. Then waited all day to hear back from them. I wound up calling around 4:15pm to find out what was happening. Got a voice mail, left message and they called back in 10 minutes. Told me my car would be done and I could pick it up between 5- 5:15pm. Arrived at 5pm but it was still not done. Computer updates were still being downloaded. Finally done at 5:45pm. Was asked to go easy on the review. More
After a horrible experience at Gateway Kia in Quakertown, I had the best experience at Bergey's! I usually drop my car off the night before or early morning before they open on the day I have a service appoint It's a beautiful brand new facility. I usually drop my car off the night before or early morning before they open on the day I have a service appointment . I bought my telluride at another dealership before this one opened. This Liz shop is much closer to me but I would come here I even if it wasn't closed to my home. All the service people are pleasant, courteous and helpful. If yu are having a problem but don't know what is wrong with your vehicle, they tell you ti bring it in so they can perform a diagnostic assessment. Once they identify the problem they carefully explain what needs to be fine, the cost and offer you an appointment. Patrick, the service manager,is wonderful. He is always so pleasant you don't waiting in the beautiful waiting area, he will find you to update you once the work has started. If something additional is discovered he will find you with the updates. Patrick never tries to upsell you. For example, he will let you know that your tires might need replacing in the near future but he never pressures you . All of the people in the service area are pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this dealership service department.. More
