The repair price for driver side motor mount replacement is $2753. The exact same repair will be performed on my Q7 at Sewell Audi McKinney for $1498. I am DONE with Audi Grapevine. Since great customer service is important to me, I decided to switch to Audi Grapevine — and I’m glad I did. Even though this dealership is about 45 minutes away (sometimes over an hour with traffic), I gladly make the drive because their team truly goes above and beyond. They’re consistent, communicative, and genuinely care about their customers. I've owned many cars over the years and usually prefer to work with the same service advisor, but at Audi Grapevine it doesn’t matter — everyone I’ve dealt with has been equally professional and attentive. On my most recent visit, I worked with Malachi, who did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repair of my instrument panel. If you’re in the DFW area, I highly recommend Audi Grapevine for your service needs. The level of care and consistency they provide is worth the drive! More
