My Audi recently required service. My advisor/customer service person was Mackenzie. Mackenzie immediately reserved a rental car and a date/time for repair. She was courteous and professional and kept me advised of repair status. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manor. I give Mackenzie and the service department five stars for sure! As the “face” of Audi Meghan was exceptional.
