I was in the process of evaluating used cars to determine which one was affordable and would fit my needs. My plan was to purchase a used vehicle with low miles....but when I met Alan Rothenberg at Findlay Lincoln, he managed to put together a great deal on a new Lincoln Nautilus. He was so easy to work with and there was no pressure for me to purchase the car. But I really couldn't pass up the great deal that he offered me. It seems this dealer cannot get parts. They had my car for two weeks and still have. Ot received the parts to fix my car that o just purchased for them. I was on vacation in Vegas and error codes popped up on my car. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Although I had to leave my car there and they didn't have enough time to 100% determin my car. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Although I had to leave my car there and they didn't have enough time to 100% determine the source, they were able to narrow down the source and let me know that the codes were not going to create a dangerous driving situation so I was able to drive back to Colorado on time. Their Shuttle service was a saving grace because I was staying with my son all the way across town. I truly appreciated that service. Gunner was very professional and understanding of my situation.
