I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus from Findlay Lincoln, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but this was one of the easiest and sm Lincoln, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but this was one of the easiest and smoothest purchases I've ever made. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and the dealership itself is beautiful and first class. Silas Walker was great throughout the entire process. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time because he knows exactly how to take care of customers without being pushy. He listened to what was important to me, worked with me on a few requests I had, and made sure everything came together exactly as promised. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Jeannie in Finance was equally impressive. She made the paperwork process quick, straightforward, and stress-free, which is not always the case when buying a vehicle. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Findlay Lincoln. The customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you're in the market for a Lincoln, I highly recommend asking for Silas Walker. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. More
