Dropped my truck off to have a lane keep sensor fixed. Before I even checked in they had me sign a document stating I would potentially be charged over $300 for an Issue they didn’t even know about. They told me it was going to cost $500 because I had aftermarket tires and they couldn’t fix it. Mind you my truck is under warranty. Then they said they would only charge me $190 to fix the problem. Long story short my truck was at the dealership for 3 days without the problem being resolved. Complete money grab with xx reasoning behind their explanation. Don’t shop there and definitely do not bring your vehicle in for service! More

Went in for recall and added oil change. Quoted $90 for oil change and 1 -1.5 hour wait time. 3 hours later go to check out and price is $140. Shady, lazy, untrustworthy, bad business.
