Had the wonderful check engine light come on in my Ford Fusion. Ran a test and got the code for evap purge etc. I had an appointment for mid December but called Tuesday morning and was told bring it right Fusion. Ran a test and got the code for evap purge etc. I had an appointment for mid December but called Tuesday morning and was told bring it right in, got the diagnosis and quote later that day, next day Wednesday afternoon got the text it was already done and ready for pick up! Thank you Alex for the great job. Quick service and the text to let me know what was going on the whole time. They took great care of me, even paid for uber to drive me home. I will def be using them again for any future auto issues. Highly recommend and ask if Alex. He's great and professional. Thanks again More

My routine service (oil & filter change) went fine. The minor warranty repair work did not. I had to make two trips of 40 miles each way to get a simple warranty repair done and left with nothing done The minor warranty repair work did not. For this fact, I would not recommend you going to Claremont Ford unless you just have to have an oil change. I am glad to say, so far the oil and filter are still in/on the vehicle and I hope it stays that way. More
