My experience with Ford of Clermont was extremely disappointing. A warranty repair that should have been straightforward took over a month due to constant delays, back-and-forth over parts pricing, a disappointing. A warranty repair that should have been straightforward took over a month due to constant delays, back-and-forth over parts pricing, and what felt like more focus on maximizing reimbursement than getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Communication was poor throughout the entire process—the service manager never once called with an update and chose to communicate only through text, even when issues needed to be discussed. When I asked about a loaner vehicle since my car was down for an extended period, no help was offered beyond the 7 days covered by the warranty company, even though the repair took much longer. Overall, the lack of communication, unnecessary delays, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. More
