Technician Tony Vasquez I brought my car in for a simple safety recall fix. And also to explore why my tire pressure sensor warning keeps coming on. They said the sensor needed to be replaced and I paid ove safety recall fix. And also to explore why my tire pressure sensor warning keeps coming on. They said the sensor needed to be replaced and I paid over $150 for that service. However, the technician came back after and said that my horn was not working. Which was absolutely concerning because I just used it on the way to the appointment. I truly believe either there was an error on the technician's part or the horn was deliberately made an operative. It is an integral safety feature on the car that was working absolutely fine until a technician touch my car. More
I was there only to have the driver's side headlight bulb replaced . Which was agreed to by the agent who checked me in. After me waiting for nearly an hour, Alec, who took over for the agent who checked me replaced . Which was agreed to by the agent who checked me in. I informed Alec that I just had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance on March 24 less than two weeks before. I told him I was there for the headlight repair only and asked if there was any charge so I could leave. I was told the bulb had not been replaced yet! My patience was waining but I told him to replace the bulb. Nearly a half hour later Alec told me they didn't have the bulb in stock and someone had gone somewhere to get one. A half hour latter I was given my keys and told he was waving all costs due to the 2 hour wait. I told him that wasn't necessary but he insisted so I thanked him and left. More
