I haven’t yet responded to your requests because my problem has not been resolved. Appointment 1 was a diagnostic and told a part would be ordered. Of course, a part had to be ordered. Not sure if the part is in yet because I’ve heard nothing more from my advisor. I’m grateful for the loaner but I’d appreciate a follow-up call. I marked “yes” on recommending the service center only because they gave me a loaner. It shouldn’t take days to receive and install a part. More
