I believe the techs are doing a good job, but the people where you drop off your car for oil changes etc could use a lesson in customer service. It’s like they are hoping someone else will take you. This has been a problem for years, and now that my car’s service contract is up, I’ll be going elsewhere for maintenance and repair.
