Car drop off was quick and efficient despite the employees working short-staffed. I keep getting mixed messages. One visit I’m told I need tires. The next visit, I don’t need them. The next time I go in I’m told I need tires. When I receive an estimate for work One visit I’m told I need tires. The next visit, I don’t need them. The next time I go in I’m told I need tires. When I receive an estimate for work, it ends up being more. Basically the estimate is the cost of the part but does not include labor or tax. I purchased an extended warranty. The sales person told me that the warranty would be identical to the factory warranty, except for the deductible. That was not true either. More

Awful, felt like you stole $400 from me. Brought vehicle in for fuel pump recall. 10 days later emission system warning light came on. Took it back and was told the purge valve was stuck ope Brought vehicle in for fuel pump recall. 10 days later emission system warning light came on. Took it back and was told the purge valve was stuck open and it had 100% had nothing to do with the previous repair on the fuel system. After doing a little research and talking to another mechanic I feel that there was a chance maybe even a good chance that the purge was stuck open because of the previous repair. I paid the bill but will never buy a Honda or go back to Victory for any kind of service. Just feel like you stole $400 from me and wasted my time which is worst than stealing my money. More
