My low tire pressure light was on and I couldn’t get it turned off. He noticed right away that my front tire on driver side was extremely low. I was there for diagnostics tests in my 2018 Subaru Outback. Carl and Chris did a thorough job of checking me in and then getting the car checked out really nicely. They listed the issues and near future potential work for the car in a 5-page report. I thought the way Carl explained to me the issues and my options whether I wanted to get them done then or later was great and his approach had no pressure. I am pretty sure the work they listed is pretty legit, and some of the issues were known to menfrom before. I must admit that the total for all the work was really high but I thought that was pretty much expected and was at what is considered “dealership service pricing” levels. Because with some radio/electrical issues, they could not offer me a reasonable pricing but only an repalcent offer, Carl gave me a discount on the labor of the diagnostic word done that day. Carl was very good and professional as well as friendly, great interaction with him. And my overall impression was that they are really good in good and efficient in handling vehicles as well as their customers. I decided that I amd going to try to do some of the work myself and use my neighborhood shop at a much lower labor rate for the work that I can not handle myself. More
