The Representative Had Zero Personality and acted like I was lucky to be getting my Oil changed by Rydell. 2 hours for a Oil Change? Appointment at 7:30 out at almost 10:00. Also when I questioned him about being Charged for tire Rotation which I had a coupon, He said Never we always charge, which when looking at it closer he was right, it just said Rydell Recommended it, But then after leaving I notice I didn’t get a Discount for spending over $99, Don't send out Coupons if your not going to honor them. He just went out of his way to be very Unfriendly. So I wont be coming Back. You have lost my Business including buying my next Truck from you. I don't need that kind of Morning wake up. More
