I works with Randall Webb in trying to solve the unknown problem with my 2004 VW beetle. Randall was the best!! He kept me informed yet would never speculate without facts. I respected that. Just purchased a VW Tiguan from here. The experience was great for the most part. Makayla, our sales consultant, was helpful and not aggressive in her approach. My only complaint is that we weren't told the vehicle had 1100 miles on it until we were signing the paperwork. Autotrader, which is where I saw the vehicle, had it as having 12 miles. My wife test drove it, so I never looked at the mileage. Probably should have, but I trusted the listing as published. I do feel like I should have been told. Makes me wonder about future dealings with the dealership. Still giving 4 stars, but I'm a little perturbed. More
