I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Amateurish at best, more likely deceitful. They changed the pricing every time they went “back to the manager”. And by the time we walked out with the car, it wasn’t washed, the gas wasn’t topped off and they gave us the wrong plates and registration. We visited the Dodge dealership today and was greeted by Sarah Sitowitz. Her customer service was impeccable .She helped us purchase a new Dodge Durango. I could not feel more disrespected by this place. I live two hours away from this place and made a deal on a car online and set an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they were selling my car to another buyer. There was no apology, no offer to wash my car or fill my gas tank for the inconvenience... nothing. They just told me they had emailed me (after I'd already hit the road) and asked me to hang around in case the deal fell through... which I did, for a bit, since I'd driven that far. What a supreme waste of a day, gas, and miles. It's the kind of poor service you'd expect from a Facebook Marketplace seller, not a professional car dealership. Do better Fair Oaks, do better AJ. I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III in on 4/13 for safety recalls. From the start, zero proactive communication — I had to call the service department multiple times just to get a status upda 4/13 for safety recalls. From the start, zero proactive communication — I had to call the service department multiple times just to get a status update. I was told my car would be ready Tuesday 4/14, approved a battery replacement immediately to avoid any delays, and kept following up all day. At 4PM on Tuesday, my service advisor Jordan finally called — not to say it was ready, but to tell me it wouldn't be done until Wednesday. The problem? I have an early morning trip to New York on 4/15 to pick up family from the airport with a lot of luggage. I went to the dealership in person and made three reasonable requests: ✗ Same-size loaner car — denied (none available) ✗ My car back so I could make the trip — denied (told it's "not drivable") ✗ Reimburse me for a rental — denied Three asks. Three nos. I left after wasting 2.5 hours with absolutely no solution. This is a SAFETY RECALL — I didn't choose to bring my car in, Jeep required it. And this is how a loyal customer gets treated? No communication, no accountability, no urgency, and no help whatsoever. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending FairOaks Chrysler Jeep to anyone. More

I've never researched a specific vehicle on a website, and then ultimately made the decision to buy that vehicle over the phone before. Well, I just did with Fair Oaks RAM. Cameron, Mo, and Matt made me and then ultimately made the decision to buy that vehicle over the phone before. Well, I just did with Fair Oaks RAM. Cameron, Mo, and Matt made me feel extremely comfortable and engaged openly with me multiple times during the entire process. I first spoke with them on a Monday and was able to pick up the RAM, which was still in transit when we first spoke, that same Saturday. Even after the decision was already made, Cameron took me for a very detailed test drive and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and empathetic. As a result, my wife and I will begin all our future vehicle searches with Fair Oaks!!! More
