I dropped off my car with an appointment on Monday, April 20 after moving it back from April 16 at your request due to the type of service I was requesting (suspension). My car was not looked at until late Friday afternoon. By then it was too late to pick it up. I had to rent a car for an entire week. Rene was very good and communicated regularly through the week. Car was returned unwashed and tire pressure was not adjusted as indicated on the paperwork. More
