Just had the Mopar hard folding cover added to my 2026 RAM Rebel. Doug set up the appointment for me with the service department and I was very lucky to have Andrew as my technician. Mopar ships the cover in prices that require assembly before installation. That part took an hour or more prior to the install. Andrew did a great job with the assembly and install. This dealership has a great sales and service organization. It's really nice to have great sales and service personnel at the same location. More
The overall staff was professional and friendly. The business was clean as well. However the quality of service was subpar. I had a 10:30 appointment to have a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours and 20 minutes the service was completed. Given the fact that I had an appointment and it was simply an oil change and tire rotation, the length of time to complete seems unsatisfactory. Previously I had brought in the car for a “banging noise’ twice to have it checked. It was indicated they couldn’t find anything. The next day I took it into a local auto repair shop (Webers). They within an hour found that it was the drive shaft. They couldn’t rebuild the driveshaft and needed to get a new one, which a gentleman was driving to Cincinnati to pick it up. It was too late that day to install it, so it was installed the next day. The car, has been running perfectly since then. Have used this dealership for many years, (understanding ownership and type of cars have changed over the years) but reconsidering my service and new car needs in the future. More

I did get a follow-up call to one question the following day, after the situation was no longer valid. I just took my car in there a couple days ago for installing issue. They told me that there were forty plus codes on my car , but it only needed a new battery. I only approved the battery replacement installing issue. They told me that there were forty plus codes on my car , but it only needed a new battery. I only approved the battery replacement if it was going to affix my issue.They assured me it was going to. Originally i was told it was going to be $485. When I showed up to pick my car up it jumped up to $730. They only documented the issues with the battery which was 11 out of 40+ codes. Clear the check engine light. Immediately after picking my vehicle up check engine light came right back on and was still stalling. I was told not to take my vehicles to a dealership but I just wanted the issue fixed and I thought I could trust the professionals. I wouldn't take your vehicles there I would take your chances somewhere else and I'll never take another one of mine there. More

General Manager Jacob Weimer demonstrates poor leadership qualities and unprofessional behavior. During a conversation, he referred to me as 'stupid,' and when I responded by calling him 'ignorant' due to hi qualities and unprofessional behavior. During a conversation, he referred to me as 'stupid,' and when I responded by calling him 'ignorant' due to his comment, he attempted to rephrase his words to mitigate the situation. This incident was preceded by another unprofessional incident involving Service Manager Jacob Guyer, which could have been avoided but was not, as he and his staff refused to assist me. It is advisable to avoid this dealership at all costs. The Beavercreek location, however, is considerably more helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. More
Every time I go in with having an appointment I am there all day waiting on my vehicle. I only had an oil change and radiator flush. My appointment was at 10:45 and I did not get out of there till 3:45 in t all day waiting on my vehicle. I only had an oil change and radiator flush. My appointment was at 10:45 and I did not get out of there till 3:45 in the afternoon. I missed my 3:00 pm appointment because I did not have a vehicle to get there. I asked where my vehicle was in line at noon. It was not in the bay yet. This happens every time I do service here. I have not used them in a long time and let my spouse talk me into going there for service. I should have gone around the corner to Midas— they always get me done quickly even if I am a walk in. If it will take hours, they let me know up front. Communication at Performance was lacking. I prompted all the communication. Never again. More
I had to get in a new car but didn't have the time to physically be at the dealership and Sierra J. made the purchase so easy by sending me pictures and videos of the vehicles I was interested in, she fo physically be at the dealership and Sierra J. made the purchase so easy by sending me pictures and videos of the vehicles I was interested in, she followed up with me, she listened to my criteria on what I wanted and let me do the majority online so I could pop in, fill out the paperwork and drive away in my new car! She was so helpful, knowledgeable of the vehicle inside and out and kept the process smooth and kept my priorities as number 1. We had been to other dealerships and I will definitely be back to work with Sierra J. at Performance because she really knows her cars and what's important to a customer. More
