Avoid Valley Ford of Columbus – Terrible Service & Hidden Fees - Valley Ford of Columbus is a poorly run business with unfriendly staff and predatory pricing. To make matters worse, when my vehicle was returned the next day, it had been damaged by the dealership, they tacked on an extra $9 fee simply because I didn't pay my $340 bill in physical cash. I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment to repair a differential fluid leak. Arriving at 9:55 AM, an annoyed service associate immediately told me they couldn't even look at my vehicle that day. Why schedule an appointment at all? Furthermore, they charge a non-refundable $189 "drop-off fee" that does not go toward your actual repair costs. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle two and a half days later, they tacked on an extra $30 fee simply because I didn't pay my $1,000+ bill in physical cash. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I knew I was going to like Christopher the moment I met him. He’s relatively new to the sales staff but still impressed me by his knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to work with me in on my Raptor and him.
