Mike Busch was a pleasure to work with. I live 2 hrs away and had just finished a cancer treatment at OSU James on Monday (10/12) and stopped to get something to eat on Sawmill Rd when my I live 2 hrs away and had just finished a cancer treatment at OSU James on Monday (10/12) and stopped to get something to eat on Sawmill Rd when my vehicle became disabled. It was a nightmare. But after being towed to Germain and then getting a ride home after 5 hrs, Mike was in constant contact with me from the very next day through the completion of the repair. He went above and beyond (in my opinion) in contacting Ford several times to get it approved for "another" recall - which he was successful so the initial repair costs me nothing!!!!! The service dept also checked over my vehicle and made recommendations, which I was going to do anyway, so I just had Germain do them. Very, very, very satisfied with the service and Mike. On one of my worst days, Mike and the team made it bearable. He is to be commended :) Brenda Galvin More

DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews! I purchased a used vehicle about a year and a half ago. The salesman lied to me about the Carfax a ! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews! I purchased a used vehicle about a year and a half ago. The salesman lied to me about the Carfax and only disclosed the first page which did not go into detail. I went to refinance my vehicle and found out the vehicle was in a major collision. My appraisal came in $6000 less than what it should have. I spoke with the used cars manager, along with the general manager of the dealership. They are not willing to make this right whatsoever. In fact they were very rude taking no accountability. Lesson learned! I have found several reviews of other customers complaining of the same issue with this dealership! The salesman lie about the Carfax so make sure you look into it yourself before purchasing a vehicle!! More
