Excellent and courteous handling of my service By Mr. Giusep Mr. Insinga handled my service needs efficiently and with extreme courtesy. He arranged for two service experts to handle change of brakes on my Lexu Mr. Insinga handled my service needs efficiently and with extreme courtesy. He arranged for two service experts to handle change of brakes on my Lexus 460 LS. This was an unexpected repair picked up on inspection. I wanted to wait rather than use a loaner car for time-related reasons. The result was that all that needed doing was accomplished in 2 hours allowing me to return home and not make a second trip to return the loaner and pick up my car ( a trip I would not be able to make for business reasons). I try and ask for Mr. Insinga when I bring my car for service because I have got used to his efficient and courteous interactions with me. More

It was almost time for my lease of my 2014 Nissan Maxima to end, so I decided to come in and see what their offers and specials were about. The experience was comforting. There was no haggling, no ifs,ands or buts, only true professionalism. Rob Fishman my sales consultant treated me as if I was his friend and next door neighbor for years with the utmost kindness.
