Concerige service at a dealership I bought my husbands XTS to Dimmit Cadillac for routine service and I must say I was amazed by how accommodating their staff is. From the time I pull I bought my husbands XTS to Dimmit Cadillac for routine service and I must say I was amazed by how accommodating their staff is. From the time I pulled up I was greeted by smiling faces and did not open 1 door myself for the duration of my stay. It felt like I was at a resort! RJ my service advisor greeted me at the service desk and sent me over to Cindy at the loaner desk while he drew up my paperwork. This one helpful step allowed me to be in and out within 10 minutes of my arrival. I am overly impressed with the service I received. More

ROB GORDON IS THE BEST SERVICE GUY EVER ROB HAS ALWAYS GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE BEST IN SERVICE. NEVER IN A HURRY AND ALWAYS THOROUGH. I drive 45min out of my way just for the great service Rob Johnson and John McCurdy have been nothing but the best and I recommend this LandRover service department over all others. I live 10min from anoth Rob Johnson and John McCurdy have been nothing but the best and I recommend this LandRover service department over all others. I live 10min from another dealership but have had more problems once my Range comes out of the shop then before it went in. Therefore, I make the long drive to this magnificent establishment, Dimmit, and receive the best treatment then anywhere else. John and Rob have always helped me with whatever I need, provided me with prompt and up to date information, and always make sure I'm given a similar type loaner car so I'm not forced out of my comfort zone and into a 2 star Uber type of car. A huge thanks to the all service department employees at Dimmit. More
