I did not sorry since Juliet was very nice talking too and then the sale representative Kristin Crook top it off with wonderful Customer care and service. She took time to explain all the exciting features of the car, cool techno stuff, ...very sweet and no pressure. They also give me fair price too and willing to install a hitch at discount price. I would recommend to go here and see Kristin Crook. She's also respond to my phone call asking about the car's features. Not only that, Mike, the financial department is also very clear and nice explaining all the warranty paperwork. Plus I brought my car home that night with a car plate. I only .give them 3 days to have the car ready for me. Great job More

When we returned the next day, Rex remembered us and the car we liked, and let us set the pace through the sales process. Rex was a fantastic sales rep and a real stand up guy. Steve in the finance office was great to work with, he was so laid back and worked with us to get the best financing available. The service office has also been very pleasant to work with and their prices are great. I highly recommend all aspects of this dealership. More

Great Experience I had been searching for a vehicle for some time now and found out that Executive Honda had a few vehicles I was interested on the lot. I scoped out t I had been searching for a vehicle for some time now and found out that Executive Honda had a few vehicles I was interested on the lot. I scoped out the Lot on Saturday, went home and did my research and went back the next day to talk about a CR-V they had on the lot. When I walked in with my daughter I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist and asked if I would like something to drink while I waited to be assisted. A few minutes later I was greeted by Rex Bilachie. He asked which vehicle I was interested in and we went to check it out. He was very patient with the fact that I had my daughter who was curious about trying to jump around the vehicle and see what every button did. I was impressed with the CR-V he showed me and explained about how great the dealership was and how they do the best for each customer. The following Tuesday I gave Rex a call to set up an appointment for a test drive and an appraisal on my current vehicle I wanted to trade in. I went there, took the test drive, got some numbers on paper all within a short period of time. During that time I had all my questions answered and I never felt pressured. They also gave me a good number on the trade. Rex was a very laid back but strait forward guy. I would definitely recommend Rex Bilachie If you are in the area and looking for a Honda. More

He came back with the computer to show me a few other crv s from other dealer that's connected with them. I saw what I wanted. That was it next day I drove it checked everything out and put a deposit on it they also have me a deal on my trade in .I wanna thank Sami for being helpful and being so patient duri g this whole ordeal.
