Although, I have always experienced great service from many of the mechanics, the one service agent I have always had the utmost trust for is Ralph Nittoli. From day one (which is over 9 years), Ralph has understood that I had a long work commute and my concerns for preventive maintenance. He's never tried to sell me any service unless he felt there was an immediate concern for my commute. I really do believe that and have experienced it. Trust is very important to me, and Ralph has mine. He's friendly, has great interpersonal skills, and I always look forward to when I can deal with him. He's the best! Thank you, Ralph, for keeping me as safe as you can! More

I do not have a regular work schedule which makes it very difficult to schedule service since I need the vehicle to get to my job. I walked in , met with service department and they asked when I wanted the service done and they accommodated me right down to the hour of the day...not when they could squeeze me in....They even washed my truck and the Ralph gave me a tour of the service bay area... Service of my 2013 Ford Fusion I was very impressed with my experience when I bought my car at Nazareth Ford and I took my car in for service today because the check engine symbol c I was very impressed with my experience when I bought my car at Nazareth Ford and I took my car in for service today because the check engine symbol came on. I called and was given an appointment on the day i asked for. I dropped my car off and was directed to Ralph Nittoli who was very helpful and told me there was also 2 recalls on my car that they would take care of while my car was in for service. He also informed me of shuttle service which was very pleasant, the driver was very pleasant as he brought me home and also brought me back to dealership after my car was done! My experience was very pleasant and always professional and I would recommend Nazareth Ford to all my family and friends! More
